We sponsor the work of new and existing leaders to increase our regional capacity for generating effective public policy solutions, breakthroughs for neurologic and mental illnesses, and world class art.

Vision

A healthy regional community, in which experts and leaders engage in innovative thinking, productive dialogue, and creative alliances to build a better future together – and in doing so serves as a model for others.

The Foundation is based on four principles:

• Connect individuals with demonstrated leadership capability, intellectual rigor, and integrity that are committed to tackling difficult challenges in their field.

• Value and reward the vision, commitment, and successes of these individuals.

• Offer grant recipients opportunities and resources to expand their skills and vision, develop their minds, and sustain their motivations.

• Make meaningful change that is both measurable and immeasurable in its benefits to other people.
