Patricia A. McCoy is the Liberty Mutual Insurance Professor and Faculty Director of the Rappaport Center for Law and Public Policy at Boston College Law School. A nationally recognized scholar in financial regulation, she helped establish the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, has advised major federal financial agencies, and is the author of several books on consumer finance and systemic risk.
