Aja will use MHP’s new Transport Oriented Development Explorer database to develop insights to inform MHP’s Complete Neighborhood Guidelines, which inform municipalities how to comply with the new zoning law while minimizing any harm to local communities. Guidelines will be disseminated in the form of training sessions, recorded videos, and/or briefing materials.
