Description of Fellowship
Aleja will be working to help the Department of Innovation and Technology structure and codify the policy framework they operate under. It’s a somewhat amorphous project, but he will be reviewing the history of the team, how it currently operates, assessing other major municipal departments of innovation and technology, and then drafting out documentation and policies to better structure they work they do.
