Project Description
Alexander is a recent graduate of MassArt where they earned a BFA in Interrelated Media. Alex served in various capacities at MassArt including Student Trustee and President of the Student Government Association where they increased the amount of gender-neutral bathrooms on campus and developed an inclusive LGBTQ 101 curriculum. Alex is now Vice Chair of the Massachusetts Commission on LGBTQ Youth, where they oversee the Safe Schools Initiative, and is a candidate for Juris Doctor/Master of Science in Law and Public Policy at Northeastern University School of Law. Alex will be interning at the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education.
