Rappaport Law and Public Policy Fellow

I am so thrilled to be selected as a Rappaport Fellow. I am eager to engage with and learn from policymakers, attorneys, and my cohort to make an impact in our community.

The Rappaport Center for Law and Public Policy Fellows Program affords 12 law students from eight Massachusetts law schools the opportunity to work in a state or local government agency during the summer.

Project Description
This summer, Cloe worked closely with the EOHHS Estate Recovery Unit and had the opportunity to draft complaints, motions, memos, and conduct research for the litigation team. She has also been drafting and revising procurement documents for the OneCare program, which serves Massachusetts residents who are dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid.

Cloe graduated with highest distinction from Indiana University in 2016 with a BA in political science and a certificate in political and civic engagement. In college, Cloe found her passion for local politics and public engagement through moderating political deliberations with fellow students and community members. She hopes to use her law degree to serve the Boston community by solving complex problems through collaboration.
