Rappaport Public Policy Fellows spend 10 weeks each summer serving within the highest levels of state and municipal governments in the Greater Boston Area. The program includes students from graduate and professional programs at local universities.

Graduate School: Simmons School of Social Work

Fellowship: Massachusetts Department of Transitional Assistance

Project Description: Jennifer will be working at the Massachusetts Department of Transitional Assistance this summer on a joint pilot program developed between DTA and Massachusetts Department of Children & Families (DCF). The pilot works to create better outcomes for families who are clients of both agencies. Jennifer will work as a temporary project manager and provide structure in the pilot program, performing landscape analysis research, contributing as a thought partner.
