Fellowship Description
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is working to set up a State Infrastructure Bank to support municipalities in financing capital projects. The project’s main objective is to support the strategy and implementation of the bank with the Federal Funds and Infrastructure Office in the Governor’s Office of Administration and Finance. This may include identifying capital deployment mechanisms, surfacing the most pressing and strategic infrastructure needs and projects across the commonwealth, defining the governance and structure of the Bank, and others.
