Description of Fellowship
Lalita assisted the Massachusetts Department of Youth Services write a report on the Community System Case Study Project. She focused on questions such as how and why DYS implemented the system, to what extent it has been implemented, why some parts have not been implemented, what the intended and unintended outcomes have been caused by the implementation, and what courses of action are recommended for DYS to follow.
