Description of Fellowship
Lauren worked with the MBTA Policy team on outlining a fare policy strategy to accompany the Rail Transformation, designing a pilot proposal for off-peak fares on commuter rail and building a model to examine the ridership, revenue, and Title VI impacts of different future fare scenarios. Lauren also worked on pilot policy, creating a series of principles, checklists, and processes to streamline how pilots get proposed and evaluated.
