Description of Fellowship
Luz worked at the City of Boston’s Budget Office. Prior to attending the Kennedy School, Luz was a principal financial analyst for the Chicago Public Schools and program coordinator for the City of Chicago’s Empowerment Zone. Luz graduated from the University of Chicago with a degree in Public Policy Studies in 1997.
