Rappaport Center for Law and Public Policy at Boston College Law School
The Rappaport Center for Law and Public Policy galvanizes the region’s policymakers through the Rappaport Distinguished Public Policy Series, in which forums and conferences are held to address societal issues. The Rappaport Center also runs the Rappaport Fellows Program, which annually provides funded summer internships, experiential opportunities and mentoring for 12 exceptional law students.

Lissy Medvedow
Executive Director
Rappaport Center for Law and Public Policy
Lissy Medvedow is Executive Director (ED) of the Rappaport Center for Law and Public Policy. Her longtime career in nonprofit and public sector law included serving in the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, and ED of Discovering Justice and the Women's Bar Association and Women’s Bar Foundation of Massachusetts. Lissy holds a B.A. and an M.S. in Education from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. degree from Northeastern University School of Law.

Rappaport Center Faculty Director Daniel Kanstroom is Professor of Law, Thomas F. Carney Distinguished Scholar, Director of the International Human Rights Program, and an Associate Director of the Boston College Center for Human Rights and International Justice. He teaches Immigration, Refugee, International Human Rights, Constitutional, and Administrative Law.
