Rappaport Fellowships at Smith College are awarded on a competitive basis to outstanding and creative faculty members who are prepared to develop exciting, innovative new courses and/or curricula crossing the boundaries of traditional academic disciplines. Fellowships are awarded on the recommendation of the Provost, Dean for Academic Development, and the President after appropriate consultation.
