Bringing new classical works by promising young composers to Florida’s Treasure Coast

The Rappaport Prize for Music Composition was a grant awarded to the Atlantic Classical Orchestra to promote and recognize some of America’s promising young composers. Recipients of the prize received grants to commission new works, and the new works were performed by the Atlantic Classical Orchestra. Past recipients include Conrad Tao, Zhou Tain, Jeffrey Parola, Garth Neustadter and David Conte.
